Clinicians at Baptist Beaches use mobile computers and handheld PCs at the bedside to enter and access patient data electronically and view records in real time. Baptist Beaches physicians and nurses are able to view patient information and radiology images securely and collaborate on diagnosis and treatment via computer, anytime, from any location. The result is enhanced patient safety, improved clinical outcomes, and faster transfer of patient information for physician orders, so patients receive the care they need on a more timely basis.
